We offer simple drafting services to modern 3D computer modeling to present all the fine details of the project. SUSTAINABLE “GREEN” DESIGN - LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) has become the preeminent green building rating system, however there are several third party certification programs to consider such as Passive House, NAHB Green or Energy Star. We can partner with you to realize your objectives, from the basic goals of energy efficiency to the ambitious plans of LEED certification.

COST - We can happily provide an estimated cost for getting your project on paper. One option is to utilize stock plans for timber frames, houses, barns or other structures you’d like to have built. These designs can often be modified with minimal effort to customize the building to your needs.
