These clients waited for several years to rehab their traditional New England home. It was a cramped and aging house, yet was in an ideal location close to town that allows them to bike and walk most places, owning just one car. A large college project nearby may have pushed them to a new location, but they were patient and found the neighboring building to be less obtrusive than expected. The clients brought many great ideas to designer Michael Maines, and Benjamin + Co. was brought into the project team to complement their concepts and bring the project to life.
